ProfWiz is a focused resource for Keen Slider distribution and documentation. We handle a small, specific set of topics, and we handle them well. Before reaching out, here's a quick map of what we can and can't help with.
We Can Help With
- Download issues — If the download file is missing, corrupted, or redirecting incorrectly, let us know and we'll fix it promptly.
- Website problems — Broken links, display issues on specific browsers, or pages that return errors.
- Guide corrections — If a code example in one of our guides contains an error or is outdated, we want to know so we can fix it.
- Content suggestions — If there's a Keen Slider pattern or integration you'd like us to cover, send a suggestion and we'll add it to the queue.
- General questions — If something on the site is unclear or you need clarification on anything we've written, ask.
For Keen Slider Library Issues
Bug reports and feature requests for the Keen Slider library itself belong on the official GitHub repository. We maintain this website and documentation, but we do not maintain the library source. The GitHub issue tracker is where the library authors will see your report.
Response Time
We respond to all messages within 24 to 48 business hours. Messages sent on weekends or public holidays are answered on the next business day. We don't use automated responses — you'll hear from a real person.
